1. Scope
These terms apply to the Readeep reader website at readeep.net, including guests and account holders. “Readeep” means the operating entity/individual identified below; “you” means the Reader user. The Content & copyright policy forms part of these terms; the Privacy policy explains data processing.
Read these documents before signing in or submitting a review. The sign-in notice links to the applicable terms. Authors publishing through Writer Studio are also subject to Studio’s terms; merely reading does not impose an uploader’s obligations on you.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may browse and read released free chapters without signing in. Saving stories, following authors, syncing progress, reviewing and reporting reviews require an account and the applicable feature conditions. Google provides sign-in. Reader and Studio may share identity and sessions; signing out may end the shared session.
You must have appropriate legal capacity or required parental/guardian consent or representation, and observe age limits and content warnings. Provide truthful information, do not impersonate others, protect your account/devices and promptly report unauthorized use. Google sign-in does not itself verify age or copyright.
3. Reading rights and use limits
You may access released content through Readeep’s features for personal, non-commercial reading while it remains available and subject to applicable access rights. Authors/owners retain lawful rights in stories, translations, covers and illustrations.
Do not copy, repost, sell, translate, adapt or distribute works, or collect them in bulk for republication or AI training, without valid rights. Lawful copyright exceptions and limitations remain available. Sharing a link does not authorize sharing the full work. Do not bypass access controls, access unreleased chapters, interfere with systems or obtain other users’ account data.
4. Shelf, progress and availability
Your shelf and progress help you continue reading; following authors and the new-chapter feed help you find releases. Saving or following does not buy ownership, guarantee permanent storage or promise an author’s schedule. Recommendations and rankings aid discovery; they do not certify quality or copyright.
Stories may be revised through publication procedures, temporarily hidden or removed to address rights, violations, lawful demands or rights-holder requests. Features and access depend on the system, account and availability conditions. Reader currently serves available free chapters; a locked label does not create a payment obligation. Any future paid features must disclose price and purchase/cancellation/refund conditions before you confirm a transaction.
5. Reviews, ratings and your submissions
You are responsible for the legality, permissions and truthfulness of your reviews and reports. Reviews should reflect reading experience and must not impersonate, fabricate accusations, insult, harass, discriminate, disclose private data, insert malware or spam. Do not fabricate reads, follows, ratings or reports to manipulate the service. Respect differing views and clearly identify spoilers.
Story reviews may appear publicly immediately after submission with your display name, rating and submission time. You retain lawful rights in your review and grant Readeep a non-exclusive license, without a separate usage payment to the extent permitted by law, to store, format, display it alongside the work, aggregate ratings and moderate it to operate reviews. This does not transfer ownership or permit independent sale of your review.
You may edit reviews through available features or request handling/removal through the contact below. Public display rights end when removal is implemented unless another lawful basis applies; restricted copies may remain for disputes or legal duties. Reviews express their authors’ views, not necessarily Readeep’s.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Use Report on a review to send a reason to administrators. For copyright complaints about stories, covers or other content, follow the Content & copyright policy and listed contact. Reports must be made in good faith with grounds; a report does not guarantee removal or action against its subject.
Readeep may investigate, request explanations, hide/restore reviews, restrict content or accounts according to severity and legal duties. Where law and safety permit, Readeep gives reasons and accepts responses. You may submit explanations and evidence through the contact channel; parties retain access to competent authorities.
7. Copyright responsibility and platform role
Story uploaders must provide transparent origins, hold ownership or valid authorization and have authority to license reader publication under Studio’s terms. Readers are responsible for their own actions and submissions, not for others’ works.
Readeep provides access and distribution infrastructure within licensed rights. Moderation, author profiles and recommendations are not copyright certificates. Readeep does not assume uploaders’ responsibility for false declarations or infringement, but remains subject to its own mandatory content-handling and legal duties.
8. Liability limits and compensation
To the extent permitted by law, Readeep does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of every statement/opinion or completion of stories. Creative works do not replace appropriate professional advice. Readeep does not assume responsibility for unauthorized account use or infringements caused by your conduct.
A party causing harm through a breach is responsible for substantiated actual losses and reasonable costs with a proven causal connection under law. Readeep’s own responsibilities are not shifted to readers. No term excludes mandatory liability, consumer rights or third-party rights. Intermediary exemptions apply only when statutory conditions are satisfied.
9. Stopping use, updates and disputes
You may stop using Reader, unsave stories or unfollow authors through available features. Send account/content deletion requests to the contact below. Signing out, unsaving a story or clearing browser storage does not delete your account, server-side reading history or public reviews.
Readeep publishes versions and effective timing, notifies material changes and obtains renewed acceptance when law requires it. Changes do not retroactively expand rights in earlier submissions. Vietnamese law applies subject to other mandatory rules. Parties may negotiate or seek resolution from a competent authority; lawful complaint and court rights remain available.

Send support requests, copyright notices or personal data requests to the contact below. Identify the request and relevant account or URL. Supply only necessary evidence and redact unrelated sensitive information.
